Paragon Mission, founded on 3rd March, 1996 under Biki-Hakola Paragon Multipurpose Educational And Social Welfare Society and Registered under West Bengal Act. XXVI of 1961 & West Bengal Societies Registration Rules 1963 vide Government of West Bengal Registration No.-S/2L No.-22457 dated 25th June, 2014, with a particular object to develop the quality of human mind for the people of all sections apart from caste, creed, religion, sex and social status, is the only institution to come into existence in the district of Howrah.
As conceived by Sri Swapan Kumar Saha, the then Karmadhyaksha of Siksha, Sanskriti, Tathya & Krira and Founder of 40 Sishu Siksha Kendras, 4 Madhyamik Siksha Kendras and 122 Continuing Education Centres at Panchla Block, this ‘Temple of Learning’ dedicated to the memory of Late Jitendranath Saha, Late Prasadi Saha & Late Samarendranath Saha, has been able to justify to a great extent its existence as a centre for promoting, extending and disseminating the great ideas of Rabindranath Tagore, Swami Vivekananda and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in various branches of Science, Technology, Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Human Studies.
In the year 2013, Paragon Mission started Secondary Section by opening class-V for the existing class-IV pass out students. The experienced and dedicated faculties have ensured training upto Higher Secondary level and, thereby providing scope for pursuing different Project Works and Practical Activities in Work-shops and Laboratories of the prestigious institution in various branches of knowledge.
The Biki-Hakola Paragon Multipurpose Educational and Social Welfare Society is serving as a lighthouse to the learners who are otherwise deprived of true education. ‘Paragon Mission’ having the status of an Institution of Excellent Teaching and Learning under West Bengal Society Registration Rules 1963 started its journey as Secondary School in the academic session 2013 after opening class – V as a beginning of an Upper-Primary School.
